Employees receive an account login that opens into a personalized dashboard where they can edit their personal information and start referring friends right away.

Referral info is stored for you.

Once a friend’s information is entered for the first time, the info is stored so all the employee has to do is select which friend to start referring. There is no limit to the number of friends that can be referred. All information on TeamUp Now is safe and secure.

The job search opens right in the TeamUp Npw app.

Employees choose a region, a specific location (if you have more than one), and a job type. Available jobs display right there on the page so all the employee has to do if click a button to refer a friend.

It’s that simple.

Employees can refer friends one job at a time or refer them to several. The referred friend receives a branded email listing each job referral, while the employee receives a reminder email that the referral was made.

In the referral email is the option to accept or decline the offer. Your employee then receives a notification email based on the referral’s decision.
